Good advise for those already owned multiple property and on their way to financial freedom. For novice, please look elsewhere.

Good write up especially on the plan never to sell the property but let them appreciate in value and remortgage them in future to take equity out. However the following questions remain unanswered:-
1) if never to sell property then where to finding money to accumulate more property especially those who are starting property investment?
2) how can one have financial freedom if rental not enough to service mortgage? (Negative cash flow). Usually property in good location not cheap and rental is low. Who's or how to service the bank loan?
3) even if the property appreciates and owner can take out the equity, this will lead to higher monthly repayment but rental will not catchup to cover the higher monthly repayment. What's the solution?
