Beautifully Written

I found this book both inspiring and freeing. The author, a woman, is very connected to self. She delivers a message to women of all ages, to practice self-love and respect, gratitude and strength. She teaches that true happiness lies within each of us! Its as "easy" as making a choice! You'll find the mantras motivating and very real!
I'd recommend this book to anyone really! I've already shared it with my 24 year old daughter!
Lastly, and this is really important to me..the author has made this available in a series of FREE downloadable books. Why is FREE important to me? There are many women in varieties of situations that struggle to make ends meet every day. If these same women are in search of motivation, inspiration,
and/or a kind word...it should be and NEEDS to be, readily available! Its for this reason combined with it's content & quality, that I've given it the highest rating possible!

Centerfold Resembles Serena Williams. Sweet.

This month’s centerfold Eugena Washington sort of reminds me of Serena Williams, but skinnier. There’s a nice full-length image of her from the front – where everything is visible – except in between. Her centerfold, from behind – shows us all of the portions that her earlier photo misses. Cool.

A sexy brunette up front, Daniella Midenge, looks like Demi Moore. She’s pictured topless – with a captain’s hat; and lounging nude covered only by water droplets. Her cleft is nearly visible. There’s a nice down-blouse view of her lying naked on the deck of a ship, and then another where she’s steaming nude inside of a sauna. Her breasts are brightly glistening. Again, at least 95% of her is visible.

The last pictorial features a slender blonde, model Sasha Melnychuk, who sort of looks like a very young Cameron Diaz. Sweet. She has great hips and a pretty panty-covered center. Her best photo zooms in – as she slides her hand beneath – as though she were about to touch herself. Oh my. She’s totally nude for her last two images – which show her from the front and from behind. The frontal view – gives us the best perspective of her jutting breasts. Nice.

Overall not a bad presentation – for one of the last nude Playboy issues. Fans of Playboy will love it.

About the Author
Chad Westra, author and golf instructor was born and raised in Aberdeen, South Dakota. Chad is a 1990 graduate of the San Diego Golf Academy and has been a professional teacher for over 20 years. In 2006 he was recognized by Golf Magazine as a top instructor. Chad started Ultimate Golf & Academy in 1997, and in the year 2000, a twenty two acre facility was built to accommodate golf lessons, a golf shop, heated golf bays, mini golf and banquet facilities. Many years ago his grandfather Andy first introduced him to the game of golf. To this day he still remembers his grandpa teaching him the grip on the sixth hole of The Milton Golf Course in Alexandria, Minnesota. Chad now resides in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with his wife Kirstin and their three children; Tyler, Alex and Abbigail. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, landscaping and building just about anything with a hammer or shovel.

Last Lesson

I am currently utilizing the hitting way of golf as written by Chad Westra. I wish I had met the author earlier in my golf career, so that I could have enjoyed the game longer than the 4 years since I started this Hitting Method. I just finished reading The Ultimate Way and found it a great refresher to get back to enjoying lower scores again this year.
When you utilize this method of hitting the golf ball you WILL ask your self why other instructors never showed you this perfect HIT. Being 60 y/o I have taken lessons from 10 different instructors and never came away satisfied that those lessons could be repeated on the course. The Ultimate Way hitting method is used on every club in your bag.
This book is a great value for all golfers.

Improve your game!

This is the best value you will find to improve your game. Like the book will teach you, stop swinging at the ball and HIT it. This book will simplify your approach to striking a golf ball. By learning four simple steps to hitting the golf ball, you will become more consistent, lower your scores and enjoy golf for the great game it is. All of the mind games are a thing of the past once you read and practice the Ultimate Way. I stopped golfing for 6 years due to frustration and not knowing where to turn. After learning the Ultimate Way, I was back to enjoying the game within a month. Today my worst days on the course are still better than my best days before finding The Ultimate Way. This is the best thing I have ever done for my game.

Absolutely the best $14.95 I have ever spent! I enjoyed golfing in my younger years, but got away from it the last 10 years or so. When I started back up recently, I was very frustrated with the game and it was like I was a first-time golfer all over again! I wanted to find a simple approach to "hitting" a golf ball, and that led me to Chad and his book "The Ultimate Way Golf Method". Now I am enjoying golf again, and making great strides in my golf game every week with a clear mind!

Despite being an important and timely topic, there is currently an absence of a comprehensive reference source that provides up-to-date theoretical and applied research findings on the subject of intelligent fashion forecasting systems. About the Author

Tsan-Ming Choi (PhD) is currently an associate professor in fashion business at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Over the past few years, he has actively participated in a variety of research projects in operations management and information systems. His papers have appeared in leading business and engineering journals such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, Production and Operations Management, Automatica, Annals of Operations Research, European Journal of Operational Research, Decision Support Systems, Service Science (INFORMS Journal), IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (all parts), and various other IEEE Transactions. He has authored/edited ten research handbooks and guest-edited twelve special issues in academic journals. He is currently an area editor/associate editor/guest editor of the Annals of Operations Research, Decision Sciences, Decision Support Systems, European Management Journal, IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics – Systems, Information Sciences, Production and Operations Management, and many other operations management / information systems journals.

Chi-Leung Hui gained an MSc in technological economics from the University of Stirling, UK in 1988, an MSc in information systems from the Hong Kong Polytechnic in 1992, an MSc(Eng.) in computers in manufacturing from the University of Hong Kong in 1995, a PhD from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University in 1999, a LLB (Hons) from the University of Wolverhampton, UK in 2004, a LLM degree in information technology and intellectual property law from the University of Hong Kong in 2008, and a diploma in marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, UK, in 1988 and the Certified Diploma in finance and accounting from The Chartered Association of Certified Accountants, UK, in 1991. He is a chartered engineer and is a chartered member of both the British Computer Society and the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He has published over 50 refereed papers in journals such as Computers in Industry, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics – Parts A and C, and international conferences. Dr Hui is an associate professor at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Yong Yu is currently a postdoctoral research associate at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He received his PhD from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and he has published extensively in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics, Decision Support Systems, Expert Systems with Applications, and International Journal of Production Economics.

Taking up where Legend (2011) ended, the second book in the series finds June, patrician military star, and Day, street fighter and hero of the people, on a freight train to Las Vegas, where they hope to meet up with the Patriots—those opposed to the government of the Republic and its dictator, the Elector. It’s hard to describe the plot without giving up spoilers, but suffice it to say June and Day’s newfound attraction intensifies, even as their issues with trust—and outside sources (including Day’s old friend Tess)—threaten the relationship. Meanwhile, more backstory about the history of the Republic and the Colonies fleshes out the narrative. As in the previous book, the story is told in the alternating voices of June and Day, which are presented in two different typefaces and colors. This is a well-molded mixture of intrigue, romance, and action, where things can change with almost any turn of the page, and frequently do. THIS IS THE BEST!!!!!

If I could give a million stars to any book, Champion would be the only one worthy of that honor. I can't even beginning to tell you how much I loved this book! Not only was it perfect in every aspect, it made me believe in Day and June as a couple. If you've been following my reviews for this series, then you know that the only problem I ever had throughout the series was picturing June as a trustworthy love interest.

June is one of the smartest heroines I've ever read about, the way her brain works and pieces everything together is beyond commendable, but her ability to control her emotions--which might be great weapon when fighting against an opponent--makes her seem very emotionless to the reader, thus making it extremely difficult to connect with her and moreover, trust her. Throughout Prodigy, I always thought the June was going to betray Day, and the same thought carried over in this book. While reading Champion, I never thought Day and June were going to last long, there is too much bad history between them that it is mentally and emotionally impossible to forgive and forget, BUT I can't tell you how perfect and apt the ending was! Marie Lu is a genius and I'll forever bow down to her for changing my mid so quickly about something that seemed impossible. Champion was great book as it is, but the ending made it 100 times better. I absolutely love that Champion ended up shocking me to my bones yet making me extremely happy at the same time, it beats the ending to every book I've ever read.

Enough with the ending! Champion opens up with Day still being treated for his brain illness with no good results. His health is deteriorating fast and there is nothing he can do to stop it. While he's spending his time with Eden and bonding any chance he gets, June is following her Princeps duties and doesn't feel it's right for her. The main focus in Champion was to form a peace treaty between The Republics and The Colonies, and as expected, things don't go over smoothly with any of the parties. Amidst the shaky Republic rule, where one side supports the new Elector regardless of his age and others stuck their noses up in judgement, there is a threat of war from The Colonies. All these components made Champion a fast paced, thrilling read with non stop action and plotting. At any given time, something major was happening in the story and that's what I love the most about Marie Lu's storytelling. There was never a dull moment!

Champion was easily the best book in this lot and the Legend series is hands down The Best Dystopian series I've read. Hunger Games is long gone and far left behind, but this series will forever be in my heart. Thank You, Marie Lu, for creating this incredible series and introducing us to the most amazing and strong willed characters. Day and June will always remain my most cherished couple.

June and Day come from two very different backgrounds, June came from an elite family while Day lived in one of the poor sectors of the Republic. After getting to know each other their entire lives change for better or for worse and now they are more or less in the same situation.
After escaping from Day‘s execution June and Day are on the run from the entire Republic.
Day is injured, his brother and only living family is either a prisoner or a lab rat of the Republic.
June has nowhere to go after leaving everything she knows behind her to save Day.
With nothing left to loose they take an offer from the Patriots that are fighting against the government of the Republic. All they have to do in return for the Patriots help with all their problems is to assassinate the new Elector, Anden, after his father‘s recent death.
But in those troublesome times after the old Elector‘s death where the iron grip that the government had over it‘s people is starting to falter who can Day and June really trust and how much can their newly formed relationship handle.

This like the first book was a fast paced read with some twists and turns. We get to know more about the world that the story takes place in and we get to know the main characters better. I really liked this book and can‘t wait to read the last book in the trilgogy to see how this ends.

This book was such a sweet relief after finishing the Divergent series and being utterly disappointed. Lu did a fantastic job wrapping up this story and now I'm just sad it's over. Definitely worth the wait :)
